Are you a skilled and organized individual with a passion for providing top-notch client service in the healthcare industry? We're currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and be the friendly face that welcomes our clients.

Position: Part-Time Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries.
- Proficiently handle claims for Registered Massage Therapist's clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Utilize Jane app software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.




- (preferred but not required) Knowledge of Health Care: RMT, Acupuncturist, Chiropractic, Physio
