The position: Lot Coordinator

Location: Innisfil, Ontario

Reporting to: Auction Yard Manager

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm, including overtime and scheduled Saturdays.

The Job

- Learn the entire auction setup process and be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee yard layout by rowing up, sorting, lotting, and lining up both electronically and physically to maximise every inch of the yard.
- Oversee the processing of all auction stock ensuring accuracy of descriptions and correct procedures are followed.
- Effective Stock Management and resolutions of issues.
- Precise loading and unloading of machines, wheel loader training will be provided.
- Ensure all auction stock is suitably prepared for sale, photographed, and displayed on the company website.
- Dealing with auction inquiries

The Person:

Essential Requirements

- Must have reliable transport (no city transit available in the area)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.




- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in wheel loader/telehandler driving.
- Good data entry skills with attention to detail and ability to spell.
- Computer literate and experience using stock management systems.
- Knowledge of Stock Management processes, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Desirable Criteria:

- Experience with Stock Control.
- Telescopic Forklift Truck License is desirable.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate construction equipment.
