Spruce Up Property Maintenance is a growing, family-run landscaping business serving the local community with reliable, high-quality outdoor services. We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscaping Crew Member to join our team for the upcoming season.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, small-team environment. Our work includes a mix of residential and commercial properties with consistent weekly clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Garden bed maintenance (weeding, planting, mulching)
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Loading/unloading tools and materials
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site
- Working efficiently as part of a team or independently when required
- Providing quality work with attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred / required if applicable)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending,
working outdoors in various weather conditions)
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Landscaping or outdoor work experience is an asset, but not required (we are willing to train the right person)
Schedule
- Part-time/Full-time hours during the landscaping season
- Monday to Friday (some flexibility required during peak season)
- Weather-dependent scheduling
