Are you passionate about baking from scratch, crafting delicious treats, and creating an exceptional customer experience? Crave is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic baker to join our vibrant bakery and coffee shop!

As a key part of our team, you’ll bring warmth and energy to every shift—whether you’re mixing ingredients, ensuring a beautifully organized space, or delivering outstanding customer service. We thrive on creating a welcoming atmosphere where both customers and team members feel right at home.

If you love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with others, and take pride in baking with care and quality, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a full time baker, must have Tuesday through Saturday availability, and be available full-time in the fall.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients to prepare batters, yeasted doughs, cookies, bars and icings according to recipes.
- Baking: Operate ovens, and other bakery equipment to bake cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and other baked goods.
- Quality Control: Ensure that products meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
- Creativity: Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and creative manner.



Cake decorating experience an asset.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow health and safety regulations.
- Inventory: Monitor ingredients and supplies.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist customers with special orders or provide information about our products.

Must be available for a 5:00 AM start.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience as a baker or in a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and handling the physical demands of the job.
- Creativity: A passion for baking and an eye for design and presentation. Cake and cupcake decorating experience an asset
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
