- Solea Laser
- CEREC PrimeScan
- Digital Radiography
- Pearl AI
- AI-assisted note-taking and charting support
- AI cavity detection
- Digital periodontal charting and measurements

Compensation & Incentives

At Beausejour Dental, we’ve built a modern compensation structure that provides stability through a strong, above-market hourly base wage while also rewarding efficiency, communication, and high-quality patient care.





Our system includes a performance-based production top-up, and our current team includes hygienists consistently achieving hourly equivalents above $60, reflecting strong systems, efficiency, communication, and excellent care.

This structure rewards hard work while always prioritizing the best outcome for patients.

The goal is never to compromise care or create pressure. It is to support thorough, proactive treatment and reward hygienists who communicate well, work efficiently, and provide excellent care.

This creates a model that is mutually beneficial: patients benefit from more complete and proactive care, and hygienists benefit from their hard work through additional earning potential.
