We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties

- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients based on their preferences and current trends.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care and styling products.
- Upsell retail products and services, enhancing the overall client experience while contributing to salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions.




- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a valid cosmetology or barbering license.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills that facilitate positive interactions with clients and team members.
