Position Summary

The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, with a primary focus on inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, order sorting, and customer communication.

This position requires an experienced warehouse professional who can work independently, manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation.
- Handle inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, checking, staging, picking, sorting, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Operate a Reach Forklift safely and efficiently for product movement, storage, and retrieval.
- Update and maintain inventory and operational records using Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding inventory, inbound/outbound shipments, discrepancies, and other operational matters.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse teams to ensure orders and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Identify and resolve inventory and operational issues independently.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and promptly report or resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and protected working environment.




- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is required, preferably with experience in inventory management and inbound/outbound operations.
- Experience operating a Reach Forklift is required; valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic inventory tracking.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a warehouse working environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse inventory processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
