Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Dentist to join our energetic, warm, family-run dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing a wide range of dental procedures, utilizing modern tools and software to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using digital tools such as CAD systems.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
- Manage pediatric patients with specialized care tailored to children’s dental needs (Pediatrics experience is a plus).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, and procedures accurately within electronic health records.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology such as CAD design and other innovative techniques.
Requirements
- Valid license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist.
- Proficiency with dental software
- Experience working in a busy family dental office setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
