Hampton Inn by Hilton in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about creating clean, comfortable, and safe environments for our guests while inspiring excellence in their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet Hilton brand standards
- Work closely with the Front Office to manage room readiness
- Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff
- Maintain and follow cleaning schedules (floor care, mattress flipping, deep cleaning, etc.)
- Conduct daily room inspections and manage quality control
- Monitor supply usage and housekeeping-related expenses
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed

Requirements

- 2+ years in a supervisory role in a hotel/rooms division




- 4+ years of hotel housekeeping experience (preferred)
- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to speak and write fluent English
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Brampton, ON (L6P 0B1)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.44 per hour
