We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and sales techniques including upselling
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when necessary
- Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Pay: $800.00-$900.00 per week
