Eden Salon Avalon Mall is looking for a warm, organized and service-focused Guest Experience Coordinator to join our founding team.

As the first point of contact for every guest, you'll play a key role in creating the welcoming, elevated experience that sets Eden apart. From greeting guests and coordinating appointments to supporting our stylists and estheticians, you'll help ensure every visit is seamless from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every guest with a warm, professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails and online inquiries.
- Book, manage and confirm appointments using our salon software.
- Check guests in and out while processing payments accurately.
- Recommend professional retail products and promote salon services.
- Prepare beverages and ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
- Support stylists and estheticians by helping appointments run smoothly throughout the day.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest records and appointment notes.
- Help create the exceptional guest experience Eden is known for.

What We're Looking For

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and polished appearance.




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Retail sales experience is an asset.
- Salon, spa or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $16.35–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
