As a small, woman-owned business, we serve a variety of clientele, with the majority being retirees and the elderly still living independently in Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding townships.

What You'll Do

- Clean private homes to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Clean mirrors, windows (interior), and other household surfaces.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Report any maintenance concerns or damages to management.

What You'll Bring





- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete multiple tasks within scheduled periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided!
- A recent vulnerable sector check (will be reimbursed when hired)
- A valid Ontario driver's license (G or G2) and a reliable vehicle
