Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver efficient service without compromising quality

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic understanding of the food industry’s standards for serving, upselling, and guest interaction
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is key
