Job Description : F&B; Support Staff

Department: F&B;

Reports to: FOH Management

Pay structure: Hourly

Other compensation: Tip pool

Overview:

The F&B; Support Staff ensure that service runs seamlessly. They are there at the right time to deliver, bus, stock and prep. Their support allows the entire team to shine, and the guests to leave feeling as though everything went without a hitch. A great way to start or continue or F&B; career!!

Primary tasks:

- Ensure that all supplies and materials are in the right place, at the right time for all service staff
- Polish glassware, plates and cutlery
- Assist in pre-shift preparation and set up
- During service, deliver food to tables
- Bus tables, clear tables once vacant and set them up for the next guests
- Ensure that the bartenders have all the supplies they need, including ice, and ensure they have a tidy workspace as needed




- Can be assigned to work in any of the our Dining Locations

Qualifications:

Relevant education and work experience will definitely contribute to your appeal as a candidate. However, demonstrating a natural aptitude for the tasks outlined above in conjunction with values that align with ours are the primary drivers of our hiring decisions.
