Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will manage inventory accuracy, oversee stock movements, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help optimize inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and maintain effective warehouse distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) software such as AS400.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Prepare, package, and ship orders efficiently for e-commerce and warehouse distribution channels.
- Assist with order picking, packing,
and shipping & receiving tasks to support timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layouts and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Experience
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers; forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems like AS400, and basic math skills for inventory calculations.
- Experience in shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, and packaging procedures.
- Ability to load & unload shipments safely while maintaining high safety standards.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control tasks.

Pay: $17.60-$28.81 per hour
