As a Helper, you will support our Installation and Service Technicians in delivering high-quality workmanship and a great customer experience on every job.

Responsibilities

- Support Technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Assist with handling tools and equipment during installs and service work
- Help troubleshoot basic issues under Technician guidance
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is returned to proper storage
- Keep work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked




- Assist with inventory checks for tools and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and direct any detailed questions to the Technician
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job
- Secure materials and equipment properly during transport
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed

- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools is an asset, not a requirement
- Previous experience is a bonus, but not necessary for the right person

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
