About the Role:

Express Employment is currently recruiting for a Plasma Machine Operator to join a local manufacturer and automated fabrication facility in Guelph.

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 /Hr.

Day Shift Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor robotic and CNC machinery to process structural steel
- components accurately
- Read shop fabrication drawings to ensure correct parts are produced from specified material blanks
- Load and unload material using manual handling and overhead crane operation
- Mark and verify processed material against shop drawings before release
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and contribute to a positive team setting

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience operating a CNC plasma machine (preferred)
- 3+ years of machine operation and setup (required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
- Attention to detail and willingness to contribute to process improvements
