Job Summary

Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The Night Auditor plays a key role in ensuring a smooth overnight operation by delivering exceptional guest service, completing the daily audit process, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Complete the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently.
- Balance daily transactions and prepare required reports.
- Process reservations and answer telephone inquiries.
- Handle guest billing, payments, and cash transactions.
- Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours.
- Communicate important information to the morning shift.
- Assist with light administrative duties as required.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized,



and welcoming throughout the shift.

Qualifications

- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
- Night audit experience is an asset but not required.
- Experience working with Marriott brands is an asset.
- Solid computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
