Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Consultations

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide virtual medical aesthetic consultations, assess client suitability for treatments, issue orders/directives, and support safe, compliant clinical care across all Solange Medical Aesthetics locations. This role is fully remote and follows all CNO telepractice, prescribing, and independent practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client goals, medical history, and treatment suitability
- Provide clinical judgment for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and other medical aesthetic procedures
- Issue explicit, complete orders or directives in accordance with CNO standards
- Document assessments, orders, and follow-up plans in the EMR (Jane)
- Collaborate with RN/RPN injectors to ensure safe treatment delivery
- Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment medical guidance
- Identify contraindications and escalate when in-person assessment is required
- Maintain compliance with PHIPA, CNO telepractice, and advertising regulations
- Participate in quality assurance, adverse event review, and ongoing clinical governance

Requirements





- NP (Primary Health Care or Adult) in good standing with the CNO
- Experience in medical aesthetics preferred
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable pharmacology
- Competence in virtual assessment and telehealth documentation
- Ability to issue safe, appropriate orders/directives
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Available evenings and weekends
