At Atlantic Dental Centre, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Administrator with Treatment Coordinator experience to join our growing team. What your responsibilities will be:

- Welcome patients with a warm, professional first impression
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Present and coordinate treatment plans, helping patients understand their care options
- Assist patients with insurance and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Support the clinical and administrative teams with day-to-day operations

What we are looking for:

- Previous dental administration strongly preferred
- Treatment Coordinator experience preferred
- Experience with dental software (ABELDent) is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills




- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools
- Positive, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
