Global freight forwarding company is looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service/Operations Coordinator to join their Mississauga office.
Employment Type: Longterm contract possibly to permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email providing exceptional service with professional phone etiquette
- Dispatch local pickups and cross-border deliveries
- Coordinate and monitor daily cargo shipments via computer systems
- Track and trace shipments and provide ETA's to customers
- Provide customers with updated information regarding delays or issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on skilled phone etiquette
- Customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse client needs effectively
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently
