RTI is currently seeking a Mobile Preventative Maintenance Technician

This individual will be responsible for completing on-site Preventive Maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment at customer sites .

Duties & Responsibilities

- Performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis in a professional manner.
- Identifying and reporting on additional items identified that require follow-up service.
- Ensuring the accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for the benefit of customer reporting
- Collection of oil samples
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.
- Communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to the supervisor to facilitate prompt correction or reporting.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
- Other mechanical repair work as required.
- Conduct yourself in a qualified and mature manner.
- Strong organizational skills withclear oral and written communications abilities.
- Exceptional organizational abilites with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.




- Must be able to work with little supervision: must be self-directed.

Work Conditions:

- A company site vehicle will be supplied to travel to and from customer locations.
- Safety equipment will be required such as safety boots, hearing protection and safety glasses.
- Inddor and outdoor environment; various weather conditions.
- Weekend work may be required.

Required Skills

- The successful candidate must be motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills
- DZ LICENCE A MUST
- A recent driver’s abstract will be required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- 310T, 425A or 421A licence would be an extreme asset.
- Minimum 3 years of Heavy Equipment repair experience.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
