We are a growing, patient-focused animal rehabilitation clinic dedicated to improving the mobility, function and quality of life of dogs and cats. We are looking for an organized, motivated and compassionate Practice Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic while supporting our team and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage human resources functions such as staffing, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring to build a motivated and competent team.
- Manage payroll
- planning staff appreciation events/work parties as well as referral and client thank yous and appreciation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with medical terminology standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting activities by monitoring expenses, managing supply inventories, and supporting financial processes to maintain fiscal health.




- Supervise front desk activities including maintaining exceptional customer care standards, client concern resolution, client retention.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in medical office management with a strong understanding of practice operations.
- Very strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of human resources principles including staff supervision, training, and conflict resolution.
- Experience working in healthcare settings such as hospitals or nursing environments, animal healthcare is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Previous supervisory experience in healthcare or related fields is essential for success in this role.
