NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Higney, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

WAGES: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)

Our Customer Service Representative plays an important role in keeping the shop running smoothly by supporting customers, coordinating appointments, communicating with insurance companies, and assisting with rental vehicles.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers during a stressful time, helping guide them through the repair process and making sure they feel informed and taken care of every step of the way.

- Comfortable using computers and handling administrative tasks
- Valid Canadian driver’s license

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Address customer questions, concerns, and provide timely updates throughout their service experience
- Schedule repairs and IOU appointments
- Fielding and directing all incoming calls




- Delivery of completed repaired vehicle back to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing and posting invoices.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, repairs, and updates.
- Coordinate sublet repairs and follow up on back-ordered parts and return credits.
- Support the team by working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service from start to finish
