Job Description:

As a Barista at HARVEST, you are a key part of the HARVEST experience! We don’t just serve delicious coffee; we serve up an experience that energizes and fuels our community! You’ll craft high-quality specialty coffee, smoothies and other beverages with care, precision, and consistency. You’ll connect with guests in a friendly, authentic way, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.



Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a relaxed afternoon, you’ll help create an inviting atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent guest service in a clean and welcoming environment.
- Be a team player, always ready to step in and help where needed.
- Help guests navigate menu, offering recommendations, and answering questions.
- Modify menu items to meet dietary restrictions/preferences.
- Prepare and serve consistently delicious hot, cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and extensive specialty beverages.
- Prepare and serve smoothies according to menu specifications.
- Receive and process payments.
- Clean and sanitize work area, utensils, equipment, and restock inventory regularly based on needs.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Show up with energy, enthusiasm, and a smile every shift!

Requirements:

- Passionate about coffee.
- At least one year of barista experience.
- Excellent guest service skills and focus.
- Ability to identify problems and solve them.
- Time management and ability to complete tasks on the job.
- Ability to lead a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
