RPI Consulting Group stands as a premier healthcare staffing agency in Canada, working alongside many of the country's most esteemed healthcare facilities and pharmacies. We are looking for a licensed Relief Pharmacist to support one of our trusted pharmacy partners.

This role is ideal for a seasoned pharmacist seeking to work in a busy, well-supported community pharmacy featuring multiple pharmacist overlap and a robust team of pharmacy assistants. If you excel in a dynamic environment and prioritize outstanding patient care, we invite you to reach out.

What We Offer

- Competitive hourly rate of $60.00–$65.00 per hour
- Full time relief assignment lasting 1 month
- A supportive, collaborative pharmacy team
- 6 pharmacists on shift throughout the day
- 6–8 Pharmacy Assistants dedicated to workflow support
- A chance to build experience in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy

Schedule

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Final schedule will be reviewed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Carefully review, verify, and dispense prescription medications.
- Deliver professional medication counseling and patient education.




- Maintain compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.
- Address medication-related issues and respond to patient questions.
- Keep detailed patient records through the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
- Assist with inventory management and regulatory adherence.
- Help sustain an effective workflow in a pharmacy filling roughly 400–500 prescriptions daily.

Qualifications

- Must be licensed and in good standing with the applicable provincial College of Pharmacists (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience with the Kroll Pharmacy Management System is preferred.
- Community pharmacy background is an asset.
- Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
