Elysian Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Pharmacy Manager - Director to lead our boutique pharmacy located within Elysian Health, one of British Columbia's leading integrated healthcare clinics. This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about clinical excellence, preventative healthcare, and building innovative pharmacy services that improve patient outcomes.

Working alongside family physicians and an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy while delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

What You'll Do

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional patient care through medication reviews, prescribing within scope, clinical consultations, and patient education
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care
- Develop and expand innovative clinical pharmacy services and specialty programs
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience, workflow efficiency, and pharmacy performance
- Mentor, coach, and support the ongoing development of the pharmacy team
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to support continued growth
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading pharmacy operations and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Strong clinical knowledge with a passion for preventative healthcare and patient-centred practice




- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing innovative pharmacy services and improving patient outcomes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
