As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial & Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where they can contribute to both day-to-day accounting operations and strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

- Develop financial analyses to support business decisions and operational performance.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.





- Support revenue recognition and expense analysis.

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.

- Assist with GST/HST reporting and regulatory compliance.

- Build and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.

- Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting and financial reporting processes.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.

- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.

- Assist with commission calculations, recurring revenue reporting, and subscription tracking.

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to provide financial insights and reporting.

- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
