We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis, reporting directly to our Sr. Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online (experience is a strong asset)
- Record and track expenses, invoices, and revenue
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Process and calculate employee reimbursements
- Collect and organize receipts from employees and vendors
- Assist with audit preparation and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Position Details:

- Part-time
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in office only




- Salary commensurate with experience
- Benefits available at 50%
