Spend the summer on the water teaching campers about canoeing, kayaking, SUP and whitewater kayaking. Lead the Whitewater club on offsite rivers to continue to develop their skills.

Experience:

- At least one year of of staff or Proságo experience
- NLS or Bronze Cross required
- Medeba basic Boating Instructor, Flatwater instructor
- White-water kayak experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude for teaching

Duties include:

- Initiate, implement and lead an effective, quality and safety conscious boating program, in accordance with the Ontario Recreational Canoeing and Kayaking Association and Medeba's Risk Management Manual
- Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of the boating areas both on and off site
- Evening program support
- Member of the Program Team
- Must be able to work well with others and lead by example

Age Requirement: 19 years old
Honorarium: starts at $220/week
Length: 10 weeks
