Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team from Tuesdays to Saturdays. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the practice while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for dentistry, and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff.

Duties

- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Power Practice

Experience





- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome new grads who are eager to learn.
- Experience with dental software systems (Power practice ) and knowledge of Itero Scanning is a plus
- Background in pediatrics or experience as a dental receptionist can enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
