Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior carpenter who takes ownership of their work, leads by example on site, and cares deeply about quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, mentoring junior team members, and helping projects run smoothly day to day.

You’ll work closely with the owner and site supervisor, playing a key role in setting the standard for how our jobs are built and managed on site.

What You’ll Do

- Lead rough and finish carpentry on residential renovation projects
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and details
- Coordinate daily site activities and sequencing
- Mentor junior carpenters and apprentices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate site needs, issues, and progress clearly




- Take pride in delivering clean, professional results
