Operations Manager (Development Opportunity)
Location: Shuswap Region, BC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

We are a growing electrical contracting and project management company serving residential, commercial, insurance restoration, and construction clients throughout the Shuswap.
We're looking for an organized, motivated qualified to become the operational backbone of our business.
This role is far more than answering phones or managing paperwork. You'll help coordinate projects, manage schedules, communicate with customers and contractors, organize day-to-day operations, and help build the systems that allow our company to continue growing.

Your Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll become the central point of communication and coordination for the business by:
- Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling technicians and coordinating daily work
- Managing calendars, appointments, and project timelines
- Preparing invoices and supporting customer billing
- Following up on administrative paperwork and office systems
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other contractors
- Maintaining project documentation and office records
- Assisting with permits and regulatory documentation
- Supporting estimating and quotation preparation as your experience grows
- Coordinating projects from start to completion
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow
- Supporting the owner in the day-to-day operation and continued growth of the company

Experience in construction, project coordination, office administration, logistics, estimating, bookkeeping, customer service, or operations management is considered an asset.
Electrical experience is not required. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude, organizational ability, and willingness to learn.
