Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, full time Hose Assembly Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive hose products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Measure and cut hose to the required length.
- Install fittings using hand tools and hydraulic crimping equipment.
- Pressure test completed hose assemblies to verify performance and identify leaks.
- Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Read and follow work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Record production information using basic computer software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Cross-train in other production areas and assist with manufacturing tasks as needed.
Note:
This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 20 lbs).
