Complete instrument parts research, ordering, receiving, and follow up
Complete a variety of internal reports (including, but not limited to, monthly billing reports, regional projections reports, etc.)
Communicate with staff at other locations on repair queries
Answer incoming phone calls from staff and customers
Assist with shipping and receiving of instruments to/from store locations for servicing
Assist with the management of repair department inventory
Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure that repairs are completed and followed up on in a timely manner
Keep workspaces clean and organized
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and assist with rectifying any identified issues
Other tasks, as needed
Job Requirements
Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument
Proven solid work ethic and commitment
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude and steady composure
Functional knowledge of spreadsheet software (MS Excel)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
