About the Opportunity

We are a Calgary-based entrepreneur preparing to launch a qualified residential home inspection company serving Calgary and surrounding communities.

As part of our pre-launch planning, we are building a network of experienced home inspectors interested in joining an exciting new business from the ground up. While operations have not officially commenced, we are looking to connect with qualified professionals for anticipated opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive residential home inspections.
- Identify and document deficiencies in accordance with Alberta standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports using industry-standard software.
- Clearly explain inspection findings to clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Manage inspection appointments and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible to perform home inspections in Alberta.
- InterNACHI CPI or equivalent certification preferred.
- Previous residential home inspection experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.




- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
