Job Summary

As a Line Cook / Prep Cook, you’ll assist in preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes. You’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure every plate meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, measuring spices)
- Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and prep area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications





- 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook (preferred)
- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before starting
