JOB OVERVIEW:

FSO Immigration is seeking a motivated front desk receptionist to support our growing team.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling inbound and outbound leads for immigration services
2. Consulting clients regarding suitable visa and immigration opportunities
3. Explaining process details, eligibility, and service offerings to potential clients
4. Following up with prospects and converting leads into successful enrollments
5. Maintaining robust client relationships and ensuring excellent customer experience
6. Coordinating with the processing team based in other branches for smooth case handling
7. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and client interaction.
