We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care to oversee the delivery of exceptional care services in our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, retirement home management, memory care and a passion for providing quality care to residents. Must be an RPN or RN in good standing with the CNO.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and lead a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care services are provided
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects related to care services
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and families to address resident needs effectively
- Implement programs for dementia care and assisted living services
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in supervising and leading care teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Budgeting knowledge to manage financial aspects of care services effectively
- Expertise in senior care, retirement home management, memory care and assisted living facilities
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols and regulations
- Experience in developing dementia care programs and services
