Summary

The Clinical Assistance role at Dundas Neyagawa Medical Centre is a vital role supporting our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient services.

Responsibilities

' Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.

- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient follow-up.
- Handle laboratory specimens and assist with phlebotomy procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.




- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Certification in phlebotomy or related fields is preferred.
- Working closely with multiple physicians.
- Perform nursing procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist physicians in exam rooms.
- Administer allergy shots, vitamin B12 injections, and other vaccinations that patients won’t have to wait for a family physician to do
- Oscar EMR is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
