Human Remains Transport Specialist

Position: Human Remains Transport Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Ottawa, ON (serving surrounding areas)
Schedule: 8 and 12 hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)

What You'll Do

· Complete removals of decedents from hospitals, private residences, and retirement/nursing homes

· Safely operate company vehicles to transport human remains

· Offer calm, compassionate support to grieving families at the scene

· Complete funeral home intake paperwork accurately

· Coordinate with funeral home staff, police, and dispatchers throughout your shift





What We're Looking For

· A kind, presentable, and professional demeanor

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and push/pull up to 250 lbs.

· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and available for nights/weekends

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· Valid G2 or G driver's licence

· Clean criminal record (security clearance required before start — paid for by EORS)

· French is an asset, not required
