We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team of independent contractors supporting long-term care homes, retirement residences, hospitals, and home care providers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate, person-centred care.
- Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, feeding, and companionship.




- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control standards.
- Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and respect.

Qualifications:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized NACC Approved Program Canadian Instition.
- Previous experience in long-term care, retirement, hospital, or home care is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Requirements:

- Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Current TB screening.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.

Job Type: Independent Contractor
