Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and excellent customer service skills.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and food handling protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and basic math skills; manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area while complying with health regulations and food industry standards.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business.
- Experience
- Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Prior bartending experience with knowledge of serving alcohol responsibly and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering.
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Experience in supervising or managing team members in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, making change, and inventory calculations.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and standards to ensure compliance at all times.
