ARAMARK is looking for housekeeping employees for the food services department at Bishop’s University

Position: General Utility / Housekeeping Assistant

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 1Z7)

Salary: $20–$22 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time (3 hours per day) or more, depending on needs, evening and night shifts to be discussed during the interview

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

- Cleans assigned areas in accordance with Aramark and client standards and requirements
- Sweeps and mops service areas, kitchen, and around workstations after operating hours
- Properly maintains housekeeping equipment
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Carries out other tasks assigned by the manager
- Window cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning

Qualifications

- Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical risks and the use of hazardous chemicals
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to meet operational needs

The final candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, when applicable, a vulnerable sector check.



Employment will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00.
