Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and promptly addressing any needs or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables,
dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy weekends
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ability to work weekends consistently in a fast-paced environment
