Accounts Payable Administrator

Responsibilities Include:

- Processing invoices and vendor payments accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies




- Maintaining organized records and supporting documentation
- Communicating professionally with vendors and internal departments
- Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
- Supporting the Accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed

The Right Candidate Will Have:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
