We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Crew member to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth restaurant operations during late-night hours, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, food handling, and restaurant service, with a strong focus on sanitation and efficiency. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cashier responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency, including upselling menu items
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely, adhering to all health guidelines and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Maintain time management skills to complete tasks promptly during overnight shifts
- Support team members with various duties such as serving customers or cleaning as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work overnight hours reliably and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shift hours
- Kitchen experience or food handling certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
