We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who wants more than a job. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a culture, develop people, create unforgettable guest experiences, and become part of something that will matter to our neighbourhood for years to come.
What You'll Do
You'll work alongside the General Manager to lead daily operations while setting the tone for hospitality throughout the restaurant.
You'll help:
- Lead service with confidence and calm.
- Coach, train and develop the front-of-house team.
- Create memorable guest experiences and recover service gracefully.
- Support scheduling, labour management and cost of goods.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and safety.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Help build a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
Who You Are
You probably have:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- A genuine love of hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A desire to coach people instead of simply managing them.
- Curiosity, humility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience
- Restaurant management: 3 years preferred
- Fine dining or upscale casual experience considered an asset
