In this role, you will work directly with our lead carpenters on residential and commercial jobsites. You will assist with framing, installations, and general site preparation, while also managing material pickups and tool transportation. This is an excellent chance for someone eager to learn the trade, build a career, and work in a dynamic team setting.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Support: Set up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barricades; clean and prepare work areas daily.Material Logistics: Load, unload, and organize building materials, lumber, and heavy equipment.Driving Duties: Safely operate company vehicles to pick up materials from suppliers and transport tools between jobsites.Trade Assistance: Hold and position materials, measure and cut lumber, and safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a hazard-free workspace.Requirements & QualificationsDriving Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean,
