This is a hands-on leadership role where you lead a team in the field, train new hires, and represent the standard of Lemon Fresh inside our clients’ homes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a working Team Lead position. You’re in the field, not on the sidelines.

Training & Leadership

- Train all new hires in cleaning systems, standards,



and company culture
- Demonstrate tasks clearly and confidently
- Provide feedback that helps people improve
- Lead your team into each home with professionalism and ease

Daily Execution

- Keep the day running on time
- Ensure cleaning checklists are completed properly
- Maintain quality standards across every job

Client Experience

- Be the face of Lemon Fresh inside client homes
- Create a comfortable, positive setting
- Handle questions or concerns professionally

Team Support

- Guide your team throughout the day
- Offer direction and corrections when needed
- Encourage solutions, not complaints

WHAT YOU BRING

- At least one year of cleaning experience (must be fluid in the cleaning process)
- Leadership or training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable transportation, valid license & insurance
- A strong work ethic and sense of accountability

PAY & GROWTH

- $20–$22/hour based on experience and performance after successful completion of training program
- $19/hr through the training program (up to 3 months and based on individual achievement)
- Paid training
- Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles over time
